2. Purpose
This policy sets out EnableAll Limited’s commitment to ethical, responsible, and sustainable sourcing of goods and services.
The purpose of this policy is to:
- Promote ethical business practices across the supply chain
- Manage social, environmental, and governance risks associated with sourcing
- Support compliance with applicable UK legislation
- Ensure suppliers operate to appropriate ethical standards
3. Scope
This policy applies to all procurement and sourcing activities undertaken by EnableAll Limited.
It applies to all suppliers, contractors, consultants, and other third parties who provide goods or services to the Company.
This policy is non-contractual and does not form part of any contract of employment.
4. Policy Statement
EnableAll Limited is committed to sourcing goods and services in a manner that is ethical, lawful, and socially responsible.
The Company expects suppliers to uphold high standards of integrity, respect human rights, comply with applicable laws, and operate responsibly in relation to labour practices, health and safety, and environmental impact.
Supplier selection will always be based on objective business criteria, including quality, capability, cost, and risk. Ethical considerations form part of a balanced and lawful evaluation process and will not result in unlawful discrimination.

12. Anti-Bribery and Business Integrity
Suppliers must conduct business with integrity and must not engage in bribery, corruption, or unethical practices.
Suppliers must comply with applicable anti-bribery laws and EnableAll Limited’s Supplier Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
13. Due Diligence and Supplier Management
EnableAll Limited may undertake proportionate due diligence on suppliers, which may include:
- Assessing ethical and compliance risks
- Requesting confirmation of compliance with this policy
- Reviewing supplier practices where appropriate
Where concerns are identified, EnableAll Limited may require corrective action or reconsider the supplier relationship.
14. Reporting Concerns
Suppliers and employees are encouraged to report any concerns relating to unethical sourcing practices.
Concerns may be raised in accordance with the Whistleblowing Policy.
15. Non-Compliance
Failure by a supplier to comply with this policy may result in:
- Requests for corrective action
- Suspension or termination of the supplier relationship
