Accessibility Statement
Last updated: January 11, 2026
1. Our commitment to digital inclusion
We believe the internet should be accessible to everyone. We are committed to providing an inclusive online experience that empowers users of all abilities to interact with our site effectively and independently.
To fulfill this, we aim to align with the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2, at Level AA, and wherever possible, exceed it to the AAA level. These guidelines make content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, motor, auditory, cognitive, and neurological conditions.
To support this commitment, we use a variety of processes and technologies, including EnableAll, a next-generation accessibility platform built for ecommerce websites with input from accessibility experts and people with lived experience of disability.
The remainder of this statement outlines the specific ways in which EnableAll enhances the accessibility of this website. Where applicable, we have indicated the corresponding WCAG conformance level (A, AA, or AAA) that each feature is designed to support.
2. How EnableAll works
2.1 Core technology overview
EnableAll works behind the scenes and provides tools to help make our website work better for everyone. It combines artificial intelligence, thoughtful design, and automation to remove barriers and create a more inclusive experience.
- It automatically addresses significant accessibility barriers within the website’s source code, improving compatibility with assistive technologies and contributing toward WCAG conformance.
- Additionally, the platform’s proprietary AI improves content clarity and navigability for screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and other assistive technologies.
- EnableAll also includes a front-end accessibility toolbar that allows our website visitors to tailor their experience of the site according to their individual needs.
Important: The A/AA/AAA labels below indicate the WCAG conformance level that the feature is intended to support, not a guarantee that a page or site conforms to that level.
2.2 Behind the scenes improvements
EnableAll automatically fixes certain accessibility issues in our site’s code to improve compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen readers. These AI-powered enhancements include:
- Form labels (A) – Form fields are clearly labeled so screen readers can tell users exactly what information is needed, making it easier to complete purchases and contact forms.
- ARIA tags (A) – Adds ARIA attributes to buttons, links, and interactive elements so screen readers and other assistive technologies can better understand what each element is and how to use it.
- Better navigation (A) – Skip links are added to let keyboard-only users jump straight to the main content, avoiding repetitive menus and headers.
- Image descriptions (A) – Product images get automatic descriptions that screen readers can announce, so you don't miss important visual details. The EnableAll platform tailors these descriptions for our relevant industry.
- Clearer page structure (A) – Common layout issues are improved so pages work smoothly with screen readers and keyboard navigation.
- Enhanced compatibility (A) – Code improvements help assistive technologies to understand and interact with all parts of our website more effectively.
2.3 Tailor your own website experience
EnableAll provides a front-end accessibility toolbar (the EnableAll Assist-Bar) that allows this website’s visitors to turn on features to support their browsing experience. You can open the Assist-Bar by selecting the accessibility icon on the page (location may vary by site). Options that can be enabled by visitors (depending on what the website owner has enabled) include:
Sensory adjustments
- Stop animations (A) – Turns off animation to prevent visual distraction and reduce the risk of motion-triggered discomfort or epileptic seizures.
- Mute sounds (A) – Silences audio content including auto-playing videos and embedded media to support users with sensory sensitivities and those who rely on screen readers.
Cognitive and language tools
- Language translation (A) – Automatically translates both website and toolbar content into the user’s preferred language, improving accessibility for international visitors and ESL users.
- Simplify text (AAA) – Once enabled a user can click on text content and the EnableAll AI will automatically rewrite the text into simpler, more accessible language to support users with dyslexia, cognitive challenges, and ESL needs.
- Read out text (A) – Once enabled a user can click on text content to convert it into speech (with options to pause and play) for users with visual impairments, dyslexia, or processing difficulties.
Media accessibility
- Video captions (A) – Supports caption display for video content where captions are available, helping Deaf and hard-of-hearing users.
- Image reader (A) – Detects and reads embedded text within images to avoid key information being missed by low-vision or cognitively diverse users.
- Image descriptions (ecommerce optimized) (A) – Uses AI to generate ecommerce product-focused alternative image descriptions, enhancing screen reader user navigation and SEO without overwriting existing alt tags.
- Sign language overlays (AAA) (used by some businesses) – Where available and enabled, provides sign language support for certain text and video content for Deaf users who prefer visual language access.
Content simplification
- Declutter content (A) – Removes non-essential elements like advertisements, pop-ups or banners to reduce distractions for users with ADHD or cognitive challenges.
- Disable styling (A) – Simplifies visual layout and design into a single logical view while preserving core ecommerce functionality, aiding users with cognitive or processing difficulties.
Visual navigation tools
- Large cursor (A) – Enhances cursor size and allows users to select their preferred color to support users with low vision or motor impairments.
- Reading ruler (A) – Adds a horizontal line that follows a user’s cursor (which they can customize the color and opacity of) to help users maintain focus while reading.
- Keyboard ruler (A) – Adds a movable horizontal reading line that users can adjust with the keyboard arrow keys (including color and opacity settings) to help maintain focus while reading.
- Screen mask (A) – Applies a customizable colored overlay to help users with sensory sensitivities or light sensitivity to concentrate on content.
- Reading guide (A) – Highlights specific reading zones to assist users with dyslexia or concentration difficulties, with options to customize the guide color.
- Typing line (AAA) (upcoming) – Highlights active typing areas to improve text visibility and reduce input errors for users with focus or visual tracking challenges.
Interaction aids
- Highlight hover (AA) – Clearly shows which content a user’s mouse is hovering on top of to assist users with visual or motor impairments.
- Highlight links (A) – Clearly distinguishes hyperlinks from regular text, aiding navigation for users with cognitive or visual impairments.
- Click on hover (AAA) – Automatically clicks buttons or links (or other elements) that the user’s mouse is hovered on top of after a few seconds, to assist users with motor disabilities.
Easier reading
- Font adjustments (AA / AAA) – Enables user to change the text size and letter spacing, and even to switch to high-legibility or dyslexia-friendly fonts.
- Content spacing adjustments (AAA) – Allows users to adjust the horizontal or vertical spacing between content blocks to reduce visual crowding making content easier to read, aiding users with visual stress, dyslexia or reading difficulties.
Change colors
- High contrast (AA) – Provides high-contrast viewing modes and color adjustments to improve readability for users with low vision or contrast sensitivity.

Additional features
- Order confirmation / cancel before submission (AA) – In accordance with WCAG recommendations this adds a confirmation step in the checkout process to reduce accidental submissions. This can be enabled or disabled by the website’s owner.
2.4 Auto-Audit (scanner for additional issues)
Where enabled: To further enhance accessibility, EnableAll provides an Auto-Audit scanner that helps identify accessibility issues that automated code-fixes may not fully resolve. Auto-Audit can flag items such as missing or incorrect alternative text, structural and semantic issues, and certain interactive or dynamic components that may require human review or manual remediation.
Auto-Audit is intended to complement, not replace, expert testing and ongoing accessibility governance, and no automated scanner can detect every issue or guarantee full WCAG compliance.
3. Browser and assistive tech compatibility
So that users can use the tools that best suit them, we aim to support as many browsers and assistive technologies as possible. As a result, we have worked to support a wide range of assistive environments and browsers, including:
- Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Opera
- Screen readers: JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack
- Platforms: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android
4. Limitations
While EnableAll automates many accessibility enhancements, some accessibility barriers cannot be resolved through automation alone. Despite our best efforts to support as many users with different needs as possible, there may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or cannot be easily resolved with technical solutions.
Some issues may require manual remediation, human review, content changes, or updates by the website owner. Third-party plugins, embedded content, custom code, or complex user journeys may impact how EnableAll functions on the website.
5. Continuous improvements and feedback
We continuously review and improve our accessibility approach by monitoring updates to accessibility standards, incorporating user feedback, and enhancing EnableAll’s features over time.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have suggestions for improvement for EnableAll, please use the “Give feedback” option at the bottom of the accessibility toolbar to share your experience or by emailing [email protected]. Your feedback helps us identify and address remaining barriers to accessibility.
If you wish to contact the website’s owner directly (for example, when this statement is displayed on a third-party website using EnableAll), please use the website’s contact form or published contact details.
