2. Purpose
EnableAll Limited is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in its business operations and supply chains.
This policy sets out EnableAll Limited’s approach to identifying, preventing, and addressing risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and responsible business practices.
3. Scope
This policy applies to:
- All employees, directors, workers, and contractors of EnableAll Limited; and
- All suppliers, subcontractors, agents, and other third parties who provide goods or services to the Company.
This policy applies to all business activities undertaken by EnableAll Limited.
4. Policy Statement
EnableAll Limited has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking.
We are committed to acting ethically, transparently, and with integrity in all business relationships and to implementing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place within our business or supply chains.

This policy is informed by and complies with the following UK legislation:
- Modern Slavery Act 2015
- Employment Rights Act 1996
- Equality Act 2010

7. Definitions
Modern Slavery
Modern slavery includes slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking.
Human Trafficking
The recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring, or receipt of persons through coercion, deception, or abuse of power for the purpose of exploitation.
8. Our Business and Supply Chains
EnableAll Limited operates primarily in the UK and engages suppliers and service providers across a range of sectors.
We recognise that risks of modern slavery may exist within supply chains and are committed to understanding and mitigating these risks.
9. Due Diligence and Risk Management
EnableAll Limited takes a risk-based approach to modern slavery due diligence.
This includes:
- Assessing modern slavery risks during supplier selection and onboarding
- Including appropriate anti-slavery clauses in supplier contracts
- Reserving the right to audit suppliers where appropriate
- Terminating relationships where modern slavery risks are identified and not addressed
10. Supplier Expectations
Suppliers must:
- Comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and applicable labour laws
- Ensure employment is freely chosen
- Prohibit forced, compulsory, or child labour
- Provide safe and hygienic working conditions
- Treat workers with dignity and respect
Suppliers are expected to apply similar standards within their own supply chains.
11. Reporting Concerns
EnableAll Limited encourages the reporting of any concerns relating to modern slavery or human trafficking.
Concerns may be raised:
- With a line manager
- With the Policy Owner
- Via the Whistleblowing Policy
Reports will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and handled confidentially.
12. Training and Awareness
EnableAll Limited will provide appropriate training to employees to raise awareness of modern slavery risks and reporting procedures.
14. Review and Maintenance
This policy will be reviewed annually or sooner if required due to legislative, organisational, or supply chain changes.
