2. Purpose
EnableAll Limited is committed to conducting business responsibly, ethically, and sustainably.
This Supplier Code of Conduct and Principles set out the minimum standards and expectations that EnableAll Limited requires of all suppliers, partners, contractors, and third parties who provide goods or services to the Company.
3. Scope
This policy applies to all suppliers, contractors, consultants, agents, and other third parties engaged by EnableAll Limited.
Compliance with this policy is a condition of doing business with EnableAll Limited and is in addition to any contractual or legal obligations.
4. Policy Statement
EnableAll Limited seeks to work with suppliers who share our values and demonstrate high standards of ethical conduct, respect for people, and environmental responsibility.
Suppliers are expected to operate in a manner that is lawful, ethical, and socially responsible and to maintain appropriate policies, procedures, and controls to support these principles.

6. Legislative Framework
This policy reflects and supports compliance with relevant UK and international legislation, including:
- Bribery Act 2010
- Modern Slavery Act 2015
- Equality Act 2010
- UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
- Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974
7. Definitions
Supplier
Any individual or organisation that supplies goods or services to EnableAll Limited.
Modern Slavery
Slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking.
8. Ethical Business Practices and Anti-Bribery
Suppliers must conduct business ethically and with integrity.
Suppliers must:
- Not offer, give, request, or accept bribes or improper advantages
- Comply with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws
- Maintain appropriate controls to prevent bribery and corruption
Suppliers must comply with EnableAll Limited’s Supplier Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
9. Human Rights and Modern Slavery
EnableAll Limited has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking.
Suppliers must:
- Respect internationally recognised human rights
- Prohibit forced, compulsory, or child labour
- Provide fair wages and working conditions
- Comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 where applicable
10. Health and Safety
Suppliers must provide a safe and healthy working environment for their employees and contractors.
Suppliers are expected to:
- Comply with applicable health and safety legislation
- Maintain appropriate health and safety policies and procedures
- Have processes in place for accident reporting and emergency response
11. Insurance
Suppliers must maintain appropriate insurance cover relevant to their business activities.
This may include, where applicable:
- Employers’ Liability Insurance
- Public and Products Liability Insurance
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Cyber and Information Security Insurance
12. Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
Suppliers are expected to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion within their organisations.
Suppliers should:
- Comply with equality and anti-discrimination legislation and principles
- Treat workers with dignity and respect
- Support diversity and inclusion in recruitment and employment practices
13. Environmental Sustainability
Suppliers are encouraged to minimise their environmental impact and operate sustainably.
This includes:
- Complying with environmental legislation
- Reducing waste, emissions, and resource consumption
- Avoiding hazardous materials where possible
- Supporting recycling and conservation initiatives
14. Corporate Social Responsibility
EnableAll Limited encourages suppliers to demonstrate positive social impact.
Suppliers are encouraged to:
- Support community initiatives
- Operate responsibly and ethically
- Demonstrate commitment to sustainable and socially responsible practices
15. Data Protection and Information Security
Suppliers must:
- Process personal data lawfully and securely
- Comply with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws
- Implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures
- Enter into data processing agreements where required
16. Quality, Availability, and Security
Suppliers providing technology or data-related services must:
- Maintain appropriate information security standards
- Implement business continuity and resilience arrangements
- Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data
17. Confidentiality
Suppliers must treat all non-public information relating to EnableAll Limited as confidential and must not disclose such information without prior written consent, unless legally required.
18. Subcontracting and Supply Chains
Suppliers are expected to apply similar standards to their own suppliers and subcontractors.
19. Compliance, Monitoring, and Breach
EnableAll Limited reserves the right to:
- Request evidence of compliance with this policy
- Conduct due diligence and audits where appropriate
Any breach of this policy may result in corrective action, suspension, or termination of the supplier relationship.
20. Review and Maintenance
This policy will be reviewed annually or sooner if required due to legislative or organisational change.
