2. Purpose
EnableAll Limited recognises that promoting diversity and inclusion within its supply chain supports social and economic development, innovation, and responsible business practices.
This policy sets out EnableAll Limited’s commitment to supplier diversity and explains how the Company seeks to engage with a broad and diverse range of suppliers, while continuing to appoint suppliers based on merit, capability, and value for money.
3. Scope
This policy applies to all suppliers, contractors, consultants, and third parties who provide goods or services to EnableAll Limited.
It applies to all procurement, sourcing, and supplier engagement activities undertaken by the Company.
4. Policy Statement
EnableAll Limited is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive supply chain and to supporting suppliers from underrepresented or disadvantaged groups.
Supplier selection will always be based on objective business criteria, including quality, service, cost, capability, and risk. Supplier diversity considerations will form part of a balanced and fair evaluation process and will not result in unlawful discrimination.

- LGBTQ+ individuals
- Small or local enterprises
8. Supplier Diversity Commitments
EnableAll Limited aims to:

Suppliers may be asked to provide information to support monitoring and continuous improvement.
12. Non-Compliance
Where a supplier fails to comply with this policy or provides misleading information, EnableAll Limited may:

- Review the supplier relationship
- Terminate contractual arrangements where appropriate
